- Ground lamb - 250 grams
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture, and use your hands to mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form kebabs.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
