- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Powdered sugar - 50 grams
- Semolina - 30 grams
- Orange blossom water - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil - 50 grams (melted)
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Pistachios (finely chopped) - 30 grams (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, semolina, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil and orange blossom water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and shape them into crescents or triangles.
- Place the shaped pastries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with finely chopped pistachios.
