- Potatoes - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast the seasoned potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
