- Couscous - 150 grams
- Vegetable broth - 250 milliliters

- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the couscous, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the broth.
- After 5 minutes, fluff the couscous with a fork.
- Stir in the chopped parsley, cilantro, mint, and lemon juice until well combined.
