Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, harissa paste, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
