- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, harissa paste, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the cucumber-yogurt sauce by mixing the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Once the burgers are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- To serve, place each lamb burger on a lettuce leaf and top with the cucumber-yogurt sauce.
