Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
