- semolina - 150 grams
- water - 120 ml
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- honey - 2 tablespoons
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine semolina, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and water. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a round disc, about 1 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cook each disc for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy. Add more oil as needed.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and drizzle honey over each harcha. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
