Ingredients

  • semolina - 150 grams
  • water - 120 ml
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine semolina, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and water. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a round disc, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. Cook each disc for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy. Add more oil as needed.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and drizzle honey over each harcha. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
