- semolina - 200 grams
- water - 150 milliliters
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- sugar - 1 tablespoon
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a round disc about 1-2 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little olive oil.
- Place the first disc in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat the process with the second disc.
- Serve warm, optionally with plant-based butter, honey, or jam.
