- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the chermoula marinade.
