Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams

  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  5. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and slightly charred.
