- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Clean and gut the sardines, if not already done, and rinse them under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the sardines in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the sardines directly on the grill grates and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Remove the sardines from the grill and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
