Ingredients

  • Prawns - 400 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the chermoula marinade.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
