- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

Steps
- In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the chermoula marinade.
- Add the prawns to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
