- Fresh parsley - 30 grams

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon

- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a food processor, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
- Place the chicken thighs in a bowl or a resealable plastic bag and pour the chermoula marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated, then marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
