- Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 250 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into thick pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir well to coat them with the oil and garlic.
- Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mushrooms, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly browned.
- Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
