Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 250 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into thick pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir well to coat them with the oil and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mushrooms, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
