Steps
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until you have a smooth batter.
- Dip each zucchini slice into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
