- Almond flour - 50 grams

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying (about 100 ml)
Steps
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the egg mixture.
