Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for frying (about 100 ml)

Steps

  1. Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the egg mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the almond flour over the cauliflower and toss until all pieces are well coated.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated cauliflower florets in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  7. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
