- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bell peppers (mixed colors) - 1 cup, cut into squares
- Red onion - 1 small, cut into squares
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the fish fillets into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the fish cubes and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell peppers and red onion into squares.
- After marinating, thread the fish cubes, bell peppers, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
