- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato paste, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine well.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and toss gently until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve warm, topped with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
