Ingredients

  • Fresh dates, pitted and chopped - 100 grams
  • Almonds, sliced - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, about 0.5 cm.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil evenly.
  5. Spread the chopped dates over the pizza dough, distributing them evenly.
