- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (8g)
- Lemon - 1, juiced (about 30ml)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
