  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt to create the yogurt sauce.
  5. Toast the burger buns in a separate pan or under the broiler until golden brown.
  6. To assemble, place each burger patty on a toasted bun, top with mixed salad greens, and drizzle with the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
