- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns (kosher) - 2
- Sliced tomato - 1 medium
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tahini sauce - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
