  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns (kosher) - 2
  • Sliced tomato - 1 medium
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

  4. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan or in the oven.
  5. Once the burgers are done, assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, and adding sliced tomato, lettuce leaves, and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
