- Raisins - 30 grams

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, bring 200 milliliters of milk to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
- Add couscous and a pinch of salt to the boiling milk, stir well, cover, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the milk.
- In a separate small saucepan, heat the remaining 200 milliliters of milk with honey and cinnamon over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- After the couscous has absorbed the milk, fluff it with a fork and stir in the butter until melted.
- Divide the couscous into two bowls, pour the warm milk mixture over each serving, and top with chopped almonds and raisins.
