- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Couscous - 50 grams
- Boiling water - 100 ml
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a small bowl, combine the couscous with 100 ml of boiling water, cover, and let it sit for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked couscous, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate skillet or oven until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each beef couscous patty on a toasted bun and topping with your favorite condiments and vegetables.
