- Water - 250 ml
- Dried apricots - 50 grams, chopped
- Raisins - 50 grams
- Almonds - 30 grams, slivered
- Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a saucepan, bring 250 ml of water to a boil and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, add the gluten-free couscous, and cover. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
