  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)

Steps

  1. Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground coriander, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice mixture.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
