  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon powder, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the spice mixture and stir to form a paste.
  4. Rub the spice paste all over the lamb ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
