  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Ripe tomatoes - 200 grams, diced
  • Fresh cilantro - 50 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the pita breads on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the tomato mixture over each piece.
