  • Pine nuts - 30 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pine nuts, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the cilantro pesto.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
