  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Whole-grain burger buns - 2 units
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 units
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2 medium, sliced
  • Yogurt - 100 grams, for topping

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into two equal patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
