- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Whole-grain burger buns - 2 units
- Lettuce leaves - 2 units
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2 medium, sliced
- Yogurt - 100 grams, for topping
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into two equal patties.
