  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties about 2.5 cm thick.
