- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Chickpeas - 100 grams, cooked
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegan cheese - 100 grams (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
