- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Discard the marinade.
