Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 300 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Cilantro - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
