  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
