  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Chickpeas (cooked or canned) - 240 grams
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
