Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/2 cup, finely chopped

  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
