Steps

- Add the minced garlic and chopped red onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the drained chickpeas and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet, stirring to combine with the spices.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
