- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems if desired, then set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let the mushrooms marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
