  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram)
  • Water - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Steps

  1. Rinse the fresh cilantro under cold water, then pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. In a food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and water.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure even consistency.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, lemon juice, or cumin to your liking.
