- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, harissa paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- While the sauce simmers, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges with the remaining olive oil.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with sliced bell peppers, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
