  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, chopped spinach, almond flour, egg, crumbled feta, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
