- Egg - 1 large
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, chopped spinach, almond flour, egg, crumbled feta, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
