  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped preserved lemons, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
