Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
