- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
