Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium

  • Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create fettuccine-like noodles.
