Ingredients

  • Challah bread - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Black olives - 30 grams, sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the challah bread into a flat tart base on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the challah.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced bell pepper, sliced red onion, black olives, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
