Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Carrots - 150 grams, grated
  • Raisins - 50 grams
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, raisins, sliced red onion, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the carrot and raisin mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the carrot mixture.
  7. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of water around the edges of the pizza to create steam while baking.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
