Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Carrots - 150 grams, peeled and grated

  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and toast for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the grated carrots and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh coriander.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
