  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onion - 2, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Oats - 50 grams, ground into flour
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce - a few leaves
  • Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, mashed chickpeas, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and parsley.
